Peter Edward White

Hello. My name is Pete White, and my wife and I live in a little market town in the UK called Tring, Hertfordshire.

By day I’m a lighting technician in the TV and film industry, and by night I’m either playing in Bands or writing.

I caught Covid in January 2020 and had to take 10 days off of work. It was at the height of the pandemic and lots of people were dying from this horrible virus. Being type 1 diabetic myself I was quite concerned. I decided to take my mind off of what might or might not happen and woke up early one morning with an idea for a story. Well, the start of one anyway.

Three days into it, writing had become a bit of an obsession and I wrote for 6-10 hours a day (much to my wife’s frustration) and finished the first draft in just over a week.

This book is called ‘Hidden in Plain Sight: The Blackstones‘ (available as a paperback, Kindle and audiobook) and is about a student, is in his last year of university, travels with his family to visit his grandparents in the country. After spending some time with his grandfather, he is entrusted with a secret, something that happened whilst growing up in a post war London. This changes everything for him and triggers a chain of events that could cost him his life.

This and the other three in the series are available as eBooks and paperbacks.
