Tony Millington

Originally from Warrington, Cheshire, England, Tony Millington moved with his family to Rutland in 1981.

He attended Uppingham Community College, Rutland sixth form, and later Stamford College.

Jobs have included lifeguard, white van man, and temp work but working at RAF Wyton as a civil servant for the MOD for many years was Tony’s most loved career, sadly ending in redundancy due to budget cuts.

He lives in Peterborough, Cambridgeshire and is married with one son.

Tony’s writing started when he heard the archetypal saying, “Everyone has a book in them.”

Ideas have been floating around in his brain for a long time, so he thought it was about time to put them down on paper.

These are free events but we’re raising money for local book-related charities and we’d be really grateful if you would donate whatever you afford via the Charities & Donate page. Thank you so much.
