Yes! More free opportunities for authors! Not only that but traditionally published authors, unpublished authors, readers, as well as those in the trade (cover designers, editors, self-publishing companies etc).

“What?” you say, “I thought this was SelfPub Fest. Absolutely but don’t we know what a wonderful but difficult industry this is in for exposure. I’m not the kind of person to overlook anyone in publishing so wanted to give everyone a chance to be on a panel, and not just the 5th July 2026 (online) genre and 4 Oct 2026 (Aylesbury, UK) nuts and bolts all-day festivals.

What’s T&T? I generally have Tuesday and Thursday early evenings (6pm-6.45pm UK time) free and this suits those here with a day job so know that some authors have missed out on the Monday Mini-Fests (and the Sunday all-day) because they have to work. Plus I wanted to involved Traditionally published authors as well as those in the Trade (publishing industry, providing authors much-needed genuine services).

But I’m self-published, is this not for me? It absolutely is. This is everyone‘s opportunity to network with others in the industry.

I’m new to Self-Pub Fest, how do I get involved?

Take a look at the Participate page. Even if we spoken before if we have it would be lovely to have a chat so I’ll send you the author or experts information pack (if you don’t have it already) which includes a link to book a chat slot. This is the same link you’d use for a spotlight interview ~ 66 on my YouTube channel to-date ~ again open to anyone in the publishing industry.

So how did T&T come about and when are the sessions?

Following the success (and we were only four weeks in) of the Monday Mini-fests and the author spotlights (all recordings on my YouTube channel), I wanted to add more opportunities for authors and everyone in the industry – because I’m a glutton for publishment… (do check out Graham Smith‘s fabulous Crime & Publishment weekends!).

Although the original intention was to highlight self-published authors, we could all do with exposure because few publishers do ALL of our marketing, don’t they. So I will be running extra Zoom panels on most Tuesday and Thursday evenings (6pm-6.45pm UK time) – see dates available below including discussions between traditionally published and self-published authors and genuine experts.

How long with the sessions be and how many people on a panel?

Each session will last approximately 45 minutes. With a 6pm start, they’ll finish around 6.45pm. I’ve brought this forward from 7pm because I’ve recently joined New Street Authors (you’ll recognise some of the names here/there from there/here). There will be up to five authors and/or experts on a panel plus Morgen (or another!) hosting. Please take a look at the Participate page or email me (morgen@morgenbailey.com ~ NB Morgen with an ‘e’) if you’re interested.

Can I just join and listen/watch? Can I ask questions? If so, how?

Absolutely. We’d love you to join us, especially if you can ask questions! The link to the T&T panels ongoing is https://us06web.zoom.us/j/85217601385The passcode is T&T should you need it.
