More from Lee about his books:

There are two volumes of A Myriads of Poetic Oddities, four new children’s stories with four different artists. The new Sun Bears and Orangutans children’s book has just been released with more paintings and is over 80 pages long. Just launched with a fabulous animation to match is ‘Alienegg, the Eggstraterrestrial’, directed by Des Tong.

Wilhemina and her wind was an instant hit, well, I mean, who can resist the consequences of a little girl with wind from baked beans? all based on the time I collected my daughters and their friends from school when they were young. I had no idea they would have farting competitions in the car, to a huge amount of laughter and hilarity.

It has been my pleasure to read and perform my children’s tales for over twenty years, although it doesn’t seem that long ago.

I have written three novels as part of a trilogy, all about a chap who opens an art gallery, eventually closing it down and becoming an artist. Naturally, the anecdotes are based very loosely on observations of the last thirty-odd years in the art game, but using a rather large amount of creative licence. I am now in progress with book four of the art trilogy, and let me tell you, this is great fun.

There is a ghostly tale that I witnessed firsthand called The True Tales of Rotton Towers… Say no more. Don’t believe me, I have witnesses.

Life is full of stories and people, and really, all you have to do is open your eyes and listen

My other loves are playing the piano either as a soloist or with a few fellow musicians. You can view some of my music and readings on YouTube

My heroes have always been Spike Milligan and Marty Feldman, The Goons and Monty Python.

Needless to say, these influences have worked on my poetic outpourings.

Enjoy and feel free to comment.

Did I forget that I have several complete illustrated discographies in collaboration with Andrew Sparke, of which Alice Cooper is selling remarkably well?.

I am also a radio host for the Listen with Lee show on BlackcountryXtra, where I interview authors and poets with a liberal splattering of good music.

Finally, on a Monday evening once a month at Roberto’s Bar in Halesowen, I have a great evening where four or five poets and writers come along and perform. It is all free and great fun.
